What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it

1. Who we are

Audit My Digital Agency provides independent audits of the SEO and Google Ads work businesses are already paying an agency or contractor to do. This site is operated from the United States.

Questions about anything on this page go to hello@auditmydigitalagency.com. A real person reads that inbox.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into a form. We do not buy data about you, we do not enrich your record from third-party databases, and we do not track you across other websites.

FormWhat it collects
Free audit request Your website, which service you want audited, your name, work email, and optionally your phone number, monthly marketing spend, current agency, and any notes you choose to write.
Checklist download Your email address only.

Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Those are not linked to form submissions and are not used to build a profile of you.

Optional means optional

Every field marked optional can be left blank and you will still get your audit. If you would rather not name your current agency, don't.

3. Why we collect it

  • To run the audit you asked for and email you the findings.
  • To reply to you if we need something before we can start, such as read-only account access.
  • To send you the guide you requested, if you used the checklist form.

That is the entire list. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not run a drip sequence, and we do not use your details to sell you unrelated services.

4. Access to your advertising accounts

If you ask for a Google Ads audit, we will ask you to grant read-only access to your account. This is a permission level Google provides specifically so that people can look without touching.

  • We cannot change bids, budgets, targeting or settings.
  • We cannot pause or enable campaigns.
  • We cannot spend your money.
  • You can revoke the access yourself at any time, in two clicks, without telling us.

We use that access to read your account and write your report. We do not export bulk data, and we do not retain copies of your account data beyond what is quoted in the report itself.

We will not contact your current agency, and we will not tell them you approached us. One thing worth knowing so you are not surprised: if we are added to your Google Ads account, an account administrator can see the access list, so an attentive agency may notice. Tell us in the form if that matters and we will work around it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:

ProviderWhat for
Google (Workspace)Email delivery and storage of submissions in a private spreadsheet
Google (Analytics)Aggregate website usage statistics
CloudflareAuthoritative DNS for this domain
Our own serversHosting this website and the form handler

We will also disclose information where we are legally required to.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run retargeting pixels. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, such as which pages get read and where visitors arrive from. That uses first-party cookies. If you would rather not be counted, browser-level Do Not Track settings, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on will all keep you out of it, and nothing on this site will stop working.

7. How long we keep it

  • Audit requests and the resulting reports: up to 24 months, so we can answer questions about a report you were sent.
  • Checklist download emails: up to 24 months.
  • Server logs: a rolling short window, then overwritten.

Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will, without arguing about it.

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you.
  • Send you a copy.
  • Correct anything wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop using it.

Email hello@auditmydigitalagency.com, or send the same request through the form on the homepage if you prefer, and we will action it within 30 days. We will not charge you and we will not make you justify the request. If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and consent where you have given it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts. Credentials for third-party services are held server-side and are never exposed to your browser.

No system is perfect. If you find a security problem with this site, please tell us at hello@auditmydigitalagency.com and we will fix it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people whose details we already hold will be emailed to them.
